MuMu is a personal asset tracking and organizational utility for iOS. By accessing or using the MuMu application or website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Not a Licensed Financial Institution: MuMu is not a bank, depository institution, broker-dealer, investment advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor.
- No Account Connections or Money Moving: MuMu does not initiate transactions, hold funds, or execute stock trades. Users enter balances and holdings manually.
- No Investment Advice: Nothing provided in MuMu or generated by MooNim AI constitutes financial advice or recommendation to buy or sell any security.
1. Market Data and Dividend Estimates
Stock prices, foreign exchange (FX) rates, and dividend histories are fetched from public financial feeds (including Yahoo Finance) approximately every 12 hours.
- Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or unavailable.
- MuMu is not suitable for high-frequency or real-time trading decisions.
- Dividend forecasts represent historical approximations. They do NOT guarantee future payment dates or yields.
2. MooNim AI Assistant Terms
MooNim AI queries are provided for educational and analytical reference only. While MooNim synthesizes your manually tracked balances and stock holdings, you remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
3. Subscriptions & Apple In-App Purchases
MooNim Pro subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) are processed directly by Apple through In-App Purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
