Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the MuMu Wallet mobile application, including MooNim AI and MooNim Pro. MuMu is operated by Tinnapat Sittisuwan (“MuMu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading or using MuMu, you agree to these Terms.

1. App License

MuMu is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement:

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s applicable terms, Apple’s terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

2. MuMu Services

MuMu helps you track assets, stocks, dividends, financial goals, and net worth. MooNim is an optional AI chat feature that can answer questions based on information you choose to share through the app.

MuMu may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.

3. Not Financial Advice

MuMu and MooNim provide general informational tools only.

Nothing in MuMu or MooNim is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. AI-generated answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always verify information independently and consult a qualified professional before making investment or financial decisions.

4. MooNim AI

MooNim is optional. Before using it, you must review and accept the AI data-sharing notice in the app.

When you send a MooNim question, MuMu may transmit your question and relevant portfolio data through Cloudflare, OpenRouter, and Google Gemini to generate an answer. Details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit:

• Passwords, bank credentials, payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or highly sensitive personal data;
• Unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Content that you do not have the right to share.

We may limit, suspend, or disable MooNim where necessary to prevent misuse, protect users, or comply with law.

5. Free MooNim Access

MuMu may provide a limited number of free MooNim questions per day. The current free limit is displayed in the app and may change in a future app update.

Free usage limits are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or permanently available.

6. MooNim Pro Subscriptions

MooNim Pro provides expanded or unlimited MooNim AI access while your subscription remains active.

MuMu currently offers:

• MooNim Pro Monthly
• MooNim Pro Yearly

Prices, currencies, and subscription duration are shown in the App Store purchase screen before you confirm payment.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge your Apple Account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in:

Deleting MuMu does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. You may restore a previous purchase using the Restore Purchases button in MuMu.

7. Availability and Accuracy

Stock prices, exchange rates, dividend data, AI answers, and other information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. MuMu does not guarantee that any data is current, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You should not rely on MuMu as your only source of financial information.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the app’s source code except where law permits;
• Interfere with MuMu’s servers, security, or operation;
• Attempt to bypass free-use limits or subscription controls;
• Use MuMu in violation of applicable law;
• Use MooNim to create or distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.

9. Intellectual Property

MuMu, MooNim, app designs, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to MuMu and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of information you enter into MuMu. You grant MuMu a limited right to process that information only as needed to provide the app and MooNim services.

10. Third-Party Services

MuMu may use or link to third-party services, including Apple, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, market-data providers, and websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

MuMu is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or accuracy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuMu is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or available service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuMu and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, investment losses, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of MuMu or MooNim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using MuMu at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscription through Apple.

We may suspend or terminate access to MooNim if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required for security or legal reasons.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of MuMu after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
